Nebraska Elite Hockey Event Waiver and Agreement

 

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All participants, spectators, coaches, and parents attend and participate in this event at their own risk. Nebraska Elite Hockey, its affiliates, organizers, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation. Each individual assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of the event.

 

Although this event is not sanctioned by USA Hockey, all individuals are expected to adhere to USA Hockey rules and Safe Sport policies, including but not limited to proper conduct, safety protocols, and protective equipment requirements.

 

Registration fees are non-refundable, including in the case of no-shows. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility issues), a credit will be issued toward a future Nebraska Elite Hockey event. No monetary refunds will be provided.

 

All attendees are required to follow the event’s Code of Conduct, which includes a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior of any kind. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

 

Players must wear appropriate protective gear at all times and are expected to follow the standards set forth by USA Hockey for safety and sportsmanship.

I agree to release John Breslow Ice Hockey Center, Sports Facilities Companies, and the University of Nebraska its employees and agents from all claims, damages, and actions of the above named participant or their parent/guardian. I assume full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur as a result of the inherent risk of facility activities. I understand that any participant who causes damage or intentional injury will be suspended from the program without refund. I have read these terms and conditions, and I agree to them.

 

By completing this registration and/or purchasing a ticket, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and agree to abide by all policies and expectations set forth by Nebraska Elite Hockey.
